We scoped out a team and sent six resources onsite, not really knowing what we’d get involved in once we got there.

Matt Anthony:
We brought a team of people in it’s malware analysis, and we’re able to guide and direct their team and their mediation services over a period of about a week and bring it back to normal operations pretty quickly.

Our instant response is having that first conversation with the customer and then determining how to shape the number of resources and types of resources that the customer wants. And I think that’s the key is the type of resources the customer needs

Through Herjavec groups, years of experience in handling incidents, we have found that a typical incident, less three to five days, and can be resolved with the support of an incident controller and two handlers.
